Third project meeting (Lanciano)
The third meeting of Euronet 50/50 project took place in Lanciano (Italy) on 20th of May 2010. After one year of project implementation it was a good moment to evaluate the different activities developed and to plan the months ahead.
The Greek partner, Prefecture of Heraklion, presented the list of schools involved in the project with the number of pupils participating. Overall there are 55 schools taking part in the project. This partner presented also the main objectives and characteristics of the 50/50 network that was lunched in Lanciano on a parallel event celebrated on 21st of May.
The German partner, UFU explained the contents of the educational material (E-pack). UFU will further develop these materials and send them to partners that have to translate and complete the E-pack in each country. Every school participating in the project will receive an E-pack.
ALMADA as leader of the first year of 50/50 implementation presented the steps that every partner has to take on implementing the 50/50 in the schools.
The meeting concluded with the discussion about some communication material of the project (the websites and the project leaflet) and the planning of the next financial and technical reports to be delivered to the European Commission.
