50/50 training for teachers

The partners are putting in place different instruments and activities to help teachers understanding and implementing the 50/50 idea to save energy at school.

As an example, the schools taking part in the project in the province of Barcelona were invited to a high-school (Intermunicipal del Penedès) that had already implemented the 50/50. During one morning the teachers and also some pupils could learn more about the 50/50. The attendants received guidelines to implement the 50/50 and instruments to measure energy, temperature and light in the school. The 50/50 responsible teacher in the high-school presented their experience and made a tour around the centre to visualize the actions undertaken.
