Events

The Euronet 50/50 includes the celebration of different events with participation of stakeholders throughout the project development. The majority of them are addressed to the educational community and/or to a more general public, others are activities to discuss technical issues with experts on education and energy and some deal with the project management and development, such as the meetings celebrated between partners.

The following is a list of some events planned during the project implementation:

  • Project meetings with partners
  • An initial conference of the project to be hold in Germany (Berlin)
  • A public presentation of the Network Euronet to be hold in Italy (Chieti)
  • A final conference of the project to be hold in Greece (Crete)
  • Local workshops in each country with key actors to discuss the education systems, the methodology 50/50, and the education material.
  • Signing agreement with stakeholders for the implementation of the project.
  • Meetings of the energy teams in each school engaged with the project
  • Training sessions on 50/50 process for teachers and staff of the schools
  • Presentations of the launch of the project to the educational community
  • Events developed by schools when implementing actions to improve energy use at school (eg. campaigns, festivals, conferences, etc.).
  • Celebration of a 50/50 closing and dissemination event for education centres engaged in Euronet 50/50 in each partner country.
